SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a proactive Bookkeeper to manage multi-entity financial records, reconciliations, and compliance while ensuring that the finance function runs smoothly and efficiently.

POSITION INFO:
Location: Durban – Phoenix Branch

Work within a dynamic finance team supporting multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers across multiple entities
Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and inter-company reconciliations
Process journals, accruals, and monthly close activities
Manage the fixed assets, depreciation, and asset registers
Support VAT, statutory payments, and year-end audit requirements
Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc finance duties

Skills & Requirements:

Bookkeeping Diploma
Minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Sage X3
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
