POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CFO and Director, the Bookkeeper ensures financial accuracy and integrity by maintaining records, reconciliations, and reports; processing payroll; managing supplier and customer transactions; supporting month-end closings and audits; monitoring compliance; and assisting with management reporting and financial planning to drive smooth operations and informed business decisions.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Diploma or qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years’ bookkeeping experience within a high-turnover environment (R1 billion+).
• Proven working experience on Sage X3.
• Full payroll processing experience.
