About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You’ll work with QuickBooks Online in a fully paperless environment, ensuring accuracy in records, reconciliations, and reporting. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to financial discipline and provide reliable support to management decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks Online.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with management accounts.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver timely results.
Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.

What You Bring

2–3 years’ proven bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Experience working in a paperless finance environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, with high integrity.
Must reside within 10–15km of Honeydew.
