Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys Incorporated (MBA Inc.), a leading boutique law firm located in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Pretoria.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work in the Finance team to provide assistance that will enhance the Finance function.
 
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate’s duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• The day-to-day processes which include accounts payable.
• Processing of cashbooks.
• Cashbook reconciliation.
• Processing and dispatching invoices to clients.
• Debt collection.
• Vendor management.
• Ensuring that insurance is up to date.
• Procurement (office supplies/stationery).
• Processing payment of suppliers.
• Applications and processing of Services SETA applications.
• Perform all relevant tasks/projects allocated within this role.
• Data analytics - gather data and use data to support the Finance team to make strategic decisions.
• Compile team presentations.
• Assist in mapping out departmental processes and methods of effective and efficient work.

• A relevant National Diploma or equivalent NQF qualification with Accounting or Finance as a major.
• 5 years applicable experience.
• An understanding of accounts payable and vendor management administration.
• Any relevant working experience with accounting packages would be advantageous.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong coordination, administration, and organisational skills.
• Data analytics skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Time management skills.
• Project management skills would be advantageous.
