Experienced Bookkeeper Wanted!

Are you a skilled Bookkeeper looking for a stable role where your financial expertise can shine? Join a leading industrial organization serving the mining, manufacturing, and production sectors. This is your opportunity to contribute to an agile finance team at the company’s head office in Midrand.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Finance Manager, handling accounting processes up to the balance sheet level. If you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for financial accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties will include:

Daily bank reconciliation
Petty cash
Daily processing of the General Ledger
Debtor receipting and allocations
Journals
Monthly recon file
Foreign creditor reconciliations
Fixed assets
Monthly interest recharge calculations
Annual audit
Ad-hoc payroll

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in accounting or finance
3 to 5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role
Strong Excel skills
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills to liaise with other branches
