Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Bookkeeping Diploma or similar (advantageous)
3+ years’ experience in Bookkeeping or a similar role
Computer literacy: MS Excel, Pastel, CIMS3/Cardinal 360
Afrikaans & English (First Language Essential)

Role Purpose

Join our Finance team to ensure efficient financial reporting and smooth daily operations of the office and household facilities. You’ll support stakeholders with timely reports, manage facilities, and oversee housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping: Handle reconciliations and financial reporting
Analytical Skills

Maintain confidentiality
Office & Household Facilities: Oversee housekeeping, garden maintenance, and coordinate with service staff
Stock Control: Manage groceries, stationery, crockery, cutlery, and liquor stock; conduct regular spot checks and annual audits
Event Support: Ensure proper table preparation and setup
Procurement: Support best practices with reception and track costs
Pool Car Management: Administer vehicle licensing, service dates, and fines
Data Analysis: Investigate and analyze variances; generate monthly reports
Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and assist Director as a FAIS Key Individual
