A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Tokai is looking to appoint an experienced Bond Paralegal to join their busy conveyancing department.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to bond registrations from instruction through to registration.
Manage bond matters for ABSA, Nedbank and Standard Bank.
Liaise with banks, clients, estate agents and bond originators.
Prepare and draft bond documentation.
Ensure all FICA and compliance requirements are met.
Monitor files and meet registration deadlines.
Prepare lodgement and registration documentation for the Deeds Office.
Keep clients informed throughout the registration process.
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining excellent service levels.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Bond Paralegal.
Proven experience handling ABSA, Nedbank and Standard Bank bond registrations.
Sound knowledge of the full bond registration process.
Experience working on conveyancing software (GhostConvey, Lexis Convey or similar advantageous).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume workload.
Professional communication and client service skills.
