POSITION INFO:

Description:

 

You will be a key member in providing an exceptional customer experience and retaining them. Your other goal is to help guarantee the company''s revenue. You must be extremely detail-oriented, eager to learn new technologies, and open to changing processes.

 

You will be involved in the monthly bill runs including debit order runs. Long working hours could be expected during these runs.

 

To provide Level 2 support to Business and Call Centre’s, performing root cause analysis and suggest improvement plans where required

.

 

Education:

 

        Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

 

 

Skills:

 

  • At least 8 years’ experience in Telecom billing
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in support and maintenance
  • Thorough understanding of database structures
  • Advanced SQL scripting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
