Bid Admnistrator

SUMMARY:
Our client, who is an innovative manufacturer of bulk conveyor components, is looking for a Bid Administrator to join their dynamic team! They are a trusted global partner to producers and miners, committed to maximizing performance for optimal production at the lowest possible cost. The company is based in Sunderland Ridge, and it is on a contractual basis.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Currently living in Centurion or Surrounds
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in bid administration, proposal management or related roles
• Experience with document management and collaboration platforms
• Knowledgeable of the tendering process
• Able to read Drawings

• Managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process, from initial document review to final submission
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and clients, to gather necessary information and ensure a cohesive response
• Developing and compiling technical information, reports, and marketing materials for proposals
• Maintaining a comprehensive bid library and ensuring all documents are current and have proper version control
• Tracking bid progress, deadlines, and deliverables while providing regular updates to the team
• Ensuring all bids adhere to compliance requirements, best practices, and organizational standards
• Managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth communication and project alignment
