POSITION INFO:

Bedfordview, Johannesburg: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable female (Non BEE)

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Fully proficient in both. Portuguese proficiency preferred)

-Strong recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm (Senior Level), specifically in Transfers a must

-Fully independently function from receipt of instruction to finalization a must

-Excellent communication- and people skills very important

-Computer literate in E4 / Lexis Convey / Ghost Convey

-Own reliable transport

-Non smoker

-Stable employment record and contactable reference

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Handling of transfers from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter

-Drafting of Transfers documents and all related functions (fully independently)

-General conveyancing secretarial duties

-Client liaison and maintaining client relationships

Salary: R 25 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on experience)
