• Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
• Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
• Keep the energy high and guests engaged
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Follow liquor licensing and hygiene standards
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with stock control and bar inventory
• Build great relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
