- Previous experience in a waiter or barman role essential
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with excellent service skills
- Well-presented, professional, and guest-focused in manner
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 24-day on / 6-day off cycle
- Ability to work split shifts and extended hours when required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse and discerning clientele
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly food and beverage service across all service periods
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to a consistent standard
- Ensure tables are correctly set, and all service areas are maintained to a high standard
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings
- Communicate guest dietary requirements and preferences to the relevant team members
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout all service areas
- Support the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience at all times
