Job Summary

Ensure accurate banking operations, reconciliations and financial administration across multiple accounts.

At DRA Global, our finance team plays a critical role in supporting projects around the world. We're looking for a detail-oriented Banking Accounts Administrator to join our Shared Services team and help maintain the integrity of our banking and financial processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily electronic banking activities across online banking platforms.

• Upload payment batches from Sage X3 and process electronic payments.

• Prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.

• Process daily cashbook transactions.

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.

• Perform cash flow support activities.

• Administer foreign exchange transactions, reconciliations and control documentation.

• Reconcile and manage petty cash.

• Assist with general banking administration and financial reporting activities.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in large scale banking or online banking administration.

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Excellent numerical ability and exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to work accurately while meeting deadlines.

• Experience with Sage X3 will be advantageous.

• A qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field will be advantageous.
