SUMMARY:
A property company based in Germiston, Johannesburg is currently seeking a Business Administration to optimize business operations, improve administrative processes, and support management teams to ensure the company runs efficiently.

Qualifications:
Matric
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong Excel skills - Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Very strong admin skills, will work with difficult tenants, building managers, contractors and legal processes so the candidate needs to have a strong personality and can function very well under HIGH PRESSURE 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficient in critical thinking for problem-solving abilities and ensure excellent decision making.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must have own reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
Managing Agent Communication: Coordinate effectively with managing agents to facilitate smooth communication and address any issues or discrepancies in the vetting process.
Vetting of Applications: Conduct thorough vetting of tenant applications, including background checks, credit assessments, and reference verification, to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and documentation using spreadsheets and other administrative tools, ensuring all data is up-to-date and easily accessible for reporting purposes
 Tenant Query Handling: Handle tenant queries and concerns efficiently, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions to maintain tenant satisfaction and retention.
Systems Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of vetting systems and databases, ensuring they are operating effectively and efficiently.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on vetting activities, tenant feedback, and other relevant metrics to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
 Availability: Demonstrate dedication and flexibility by being available to work some weekends and evenings as required, particularly during peak periods or emergencies.
Work Under Pressure: Thrive in a demanding environment by effectively managing workload and priorities, maintaining composure, and delivering results under pressure.
