BOOK KEEPER

POSITION INFO:

Our fast paced company is looking for a Book keeper.
Key Responsibilities:

Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately record all income, expenses, and financial activities, including sales, invoices, and payments.

Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: Track invoices, payments, and overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.

Reconciling Bank Statements: Reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Preparing Financial Reports: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.

Managing Tax Forms and Payments: Assist with tax preparation, filing, and payments.

Maintaining Financial Records: Organize, store, and maintain financial records, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.

Monitoring Budget and Expenses: Assist in tracking budgets, identifying variances, and recommending adjustments.

Hours of Work
Monday - Friday07.00 - 07.00
Every Saturdays for the first 3 months.
07.00 - 12.00
