SUMMARY:
An innovative consulting firm is looking for a highly skilled BIM software Modelling expert to become a part of their team. The ideal person needs to be someone who not only understands how a building fits together but also how a building can be modelled accurately in a BIM environment. This firm deals with high-end projects so the chosen candidate must possess and maintain an exceptional work ethic.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop accurate design development, construction, and as-built drawings from the graphical model.
Provide insight on developing future technologies and workflows.
Ensure that the model aligns with standards and goals set in the BEPx and BIM Project Workflow.
Meeting project deadlines as per project programme.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years’ drafting or design experience
Experience working on Autodesk Revit MEP as the primary BIM authoring tool
Other BIM Authoring software such as ArchiCHAD, MicroStation, Inventor, Solidworks
CDE software is advantageous
AutoCAD certificate will be advantageous

Qualification:
Bsc/Btech/National Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
