BID OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
NORTHERN SUBURBS
SALARY R18 000 + MEDICAL AID AND CELL PHONE AND INTERNET ALLOWANCE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
2-3 years' experience in ITC (Sales or technical)
Previous experience in a bid office would be an advantage
Able to work outside of normal working hours  
Arrange bid kick-of meetings with relevant role players, keep minutes, and distribute accordingly
Assist with the pre-qualification of all tenders
Registration and capturing of information of all tenders on CRM system
Maintenance of electronic and paper filing system·
Coordinating compulsory briefings/site surveys
