SUMMARY:
Specialists in high quality and ergonomic furniture have an exciting opportunity for an B2B Customer Service / Client Relations to be part of the Woodstock Office.

This person is the interface between the company and our clients. This person is responsible for a processing all orders and handling all quality issues.
Your purpose is to minimize the friction between clients and production — making dealing with our company effortless for clients.

Having a good aptitude and attitude is a must!

R20 000 - R25 000 Per month | Permanent | Start ASAP |
Full time office based | Woodstock

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Process orders and quotes
Manage (and resolve) issues as rapidly and as accurately as is possible
Fielding calls and emails direct from clients and processing these orders
Processing issues of varying complexity (from delivery inquiries through to error resolution)
Participate in short daily WIP meetings
Create and close cases in CRM or appropriate ERP solution
Enter details into CRM
Generate case or order acknowledgement
Inside Sales will route customer-service issues and orders to you for processing
You will transfer inquiries to Inside Sales when the customer is unsure of their requirements ( i.e. they don't have a list of required SKU's )
