Vehicle Service Advisor

An established dealership is seeking an experienced and energetic Service Advisor to join their thriving and dynamic team. The perfect candidate for this role must have experience in Warranties as well as hold outstanding customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a franchised Automotive dealership
  • A minimum of 3 years’ Service Advisory / Warranty experience
  • Outstanding customer service
  • A good track record
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Ability to stay self-motivated at all times
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency with industry-specific software.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
