Associate Process Analyst (Business Analyst)

Our client, a dynamic Financial and vibrant Financial Services Provider in the North of Johannesburg seeks to employ a full time Associate Process Analyst.

What you will be doing if you get the job

As a member of the team you will be responsible for business process management and improvement

Who’ll you report to

You will be based at the Company’s Enterprise Risk and Innovation Team at their Head Office in Sandton Johannesburg and you will report to their Head of Enterprise Architecture, who is accountable for the Company’s Enterprise Architecture functions.

Your duties will include :

• Analysis and documentation of business processes
• Testing and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Define business process and activity SLA’s
• Liaise with management to continuously evaluate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies
• Liaise with business analysts and give input to business process design and modelling
• Administer user privileges and security
• Administer team systems
• Maintain process catalogue
• Audit processes to make sure they are executed according to the design
• Manage access control standards and processes
• Report and data analysis
• Security model
• Process monitoring
• Business domain models

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Preferable
• Minimum 2 years ‘ experience in this discipline
