Assistant Manager / Back up Spa Therapist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Basic:                   R10 000 with commission
Area:                    Paarl

Starting Date:    Immediately
Shifts:                   Shifts: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8 (Mon – Sun)

Are you already a Senior Therapist that is ready to take the next step to management. If so, then you need to apply for this AMAZING opportunity. We are looking for someone that can perform treatments and assist the manager in her various roles, which is an excellent opportunity for growth in your field.

Requirements:

2-year Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
Minimum of 2 years’ spa experience
Mature and responsible
Passionate and target driven
Well-groomed to present the brand
Strong verbal and written communication
NB - Great retail track record is essential for this position
Flexible and available to work late shifts.
One off weekend per month.
Market related basic salary, commission, and performance incentives.
Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing
Minimum 2 years in a senior therapist or Assistant Manager role
Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel
ESP experience an advantage
Mature and responsible
Passionate and target driven
Strong verbal and written communication
Own reliable transport
Strong leadership skills
