JOB DESCRIPTION:

General

Ensure all staff within the warehouse observe and implement relevant SOP’s

Overall stock control

Ensuring weekly stock takes are completed

Manage warehouse staff

Housekeeping

Control the equipment, tools and consumables used by fitters and warehouse staff

Manage Fleet with respect to servicing, maintenance

Monitoring and capturing reverse logistics (Return for Credits)

Capturing of inventory received (Inter Branch Transfer Couriers)

Training of warehouse staff

Interact with transporters regarding on time deliveries and proof of deliveries

Authorizing of picking slips and overseeing the final despatch before it gets released from the warehouse

Tec’s

Requirements

Grade 12

Good organisational and problem -solving skills

Knowledge of MS Office, Sage Evolution and Salesforce

Ability to work under pressure

Able to work overtime when required

Reliable and honest

Own transport and license essential

Positive, can do attitude with a willingness self-develop

Proactive and self-motivated

Strong communication skills

Strong customer service ethic

Tyre knowledge essential

Ability to manage deadlines
