SUMMARY:

An established company within the ICT industry is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Assistant Legal Manager to join its Legal team in Centurion to be the link between the Legal Manager and the Legal Administrators.

This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong experience in case management, legal administration, document control, compliance coordination, and management reporting, who is confident working across multiple business units and group companies.

The successful candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable to change, and confident in implementing and improving processes. They should demonstrate respect for others, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Relevant Tertiary qualification (Degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration)
5+ years in a similar role
Computer literate
Experience in the following:
- Case Management
- Legal Administration and Coordination
- Document and Records Management
- Compliance Administration
- Management Reporting
- KPI Monitoring and Reporting
Excellent communication skills
Valid drivers license and own transport
Willingness and ability to learn
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to implement processes
