This stylish and artistic boutique hotel in Tamboerskloof is seeking a service-driven Junior Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support evening operations across the hotel. Working closely with the management team, you’ll act as Duty Manager during late shifts and ensure smooth F&B service delivery across outlets, events, and guest touchpoints.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄
Reporting to the senior F&B and General Management team, your responsibilities will span hands-on guest service, team supervision, closing duties, and maintaining high service standards during evening operations. You’ll also assist in hotel-wide matters while holding responsibility as the Duty Manager on shift.

POSITION INFO:
𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐌𝐔𝐌 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
🔹 Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage or hotel operations
🔹 Flexible to work late shifts, weekends, and public holidays
🔹 Hands-on operational and guest service focus
🔹 Strong leadership potential with a positive, team-oriented attitude
🔹 Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
🔹 Working knowledge of POS systems, stock control & basic admin
🔹 South African citizenship (non-negotiable)
🔹 Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license

🔸 Assist in shift planning, staff management, and service standards
🔸 Handle guest requests, issues, and emergencies professionally
🔸 Support general hotel operations as needed in absence of senior management
🔸 Maintain high hygiene, safety, and service protocols
