SUMMARY:
A prestigious 5-star establishment is seeking an energetic and service-driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B leadership team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong front-of-house background, a passion for service, and the ability to manage both people and operations with precision.

ð¹ Key Responsibilities:

Assist the F&B Manager with day-to-day operations across all dining outlets
Lead service teams during peak hours, special events, and meal services
Monitor service standards and ensure consistency in guest experience
Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier liaison
Conduct regular staff training and briefings to maintain high service levels
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
Support in budgeting, cost control, and departmental administration

POSITION INFO:

ð¹ Requirements:

3+ years in a supervisory or management role within luxury hospitality
Formal hospitality qualification advantageous
Strong knowledge of food and wine service
Excellent communication, team leadership, and guest relations skills
Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office
Well-presented, organised, and calm under pressure
Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
