POSITION INFO:
This isn't your average assembly line and it sure isn’t your average finance role. Our client is a high-performing player in the manufacturing game, where speed, precision, and profit collide daily. They're scaling fast, building smart, and making bold moves—and they need a financial second-in-command who can keep up. Think less "bean counter", more "profit hunter". Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group
Ensure compliance with IFRS and JSE reporting requirements
Support external audit processes and internal financial controls
Collaborate with various business units on monthly reporting
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial systems
Provide support to the FM and CFO on ad hoc financial projects

Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification
At least 2 years post-articles experience, ideally in a corporate or listed environment
Solid experience with financial reporting and group consolidations
Strong knowledge of IFRS and reporting standards
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Experience in a JSE listed or large multinational company advantageous
