The sales manager is meant to act as a mentor and guide for the sales staff. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will use you excellent influencing skills and provide training to drive and motivate your teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Be self-disciplined, with excellent time management skills and flexibility to achieve results. Practice empathy and guidance to sales executives after walking a mile in their shoes.

-Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base

-Be a motivational team leader focused on managing and supporting your teams to achieve potential

-Reporting to senior management
