SUMMARY:
The arcade technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all Arcade related equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Must be able to work independently and work in a fast-paced work environment.
Should be able to troubleshoot on both electronic and mechanical components.
Be able to repair both minor and major faults.
Monitors functionality of all Arcade machines and equipment ensuring minimal machine downtime is achieved
Ensure that tools are kept in a neat and clean condition
Conducts checks on all Arcade machines and equipment
Monitors stock levels of machine spares, technical equipment and consumables ensuring orders placed before stock is depleted

Be physically fit and have no health issues as you will be required to move machines from time to time.
Be willing to work overtime and weekends when required
Have good telephone etiquette
Maintains communication with all departments
Have basic safety knowledge.
Be able to travel locally and nationally when required.
Be a fast learner and adapt easily to new challenges.
Provides technical assistance to customers and staff
Comply with all Company and Departmental policies and procedures.
Ensures that work area is always kept in a neat and clean condition

Requirements:
Education
NQF Level 4 (standard 10) or equivalent
Minimum N4 electronics (Preferred)

Training
Applicable Supervisory Course in technical field (Preferred)
Knowledge of the entertainment industry (Preferred)
