The Role: Appointment Setter
As an Appointment Setter, you''''ll play a key role in filling the sales pipeline by booking high-quality demos with accounting firm decision-makers. You''''ll identify and engage potential clients, run targeted outreach campaigns, and convert interest into confirmed demo calls. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently secure qualified demos with firms aligned to the company''''s ideal client profile.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to promote the AI Bookkeeper solution to accounting firms.

Identify and engage Xero and QuickBooks partners using tools such as Hunter.io, Xero directory, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Qualify leads based on firm size, interest, and role.

Book demo calls directly into the founders calendar.

Follow up with prospects who''''ve shown interest but haven''''t booked, using GoHighLevel (GHL).

Handle objections professionally and communicate value clearly.

Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and conversions in CRM systems.

Consistently achieve monthly targets of 2030 qualified demo bookings.
About You

1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or marketing support (SaaS or agency background advantageous).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with outreach tools like Hunter, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms.

Results-driven, organized, and proactive with a can-do attitude.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
