JOB DESCRIPTION:

esponsibilities:

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

Organise communication via emails and phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mail and calls (Customers & Suppliers)
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Maintaining and monitoring of online / social media campaigns and data capturing.
Help customers with their administrative queries
Communication / assistance of all old / new potential customers.
Assistance in walk in customers at reception
General office admin
Assistance with despatching of goods to customers
Assistance with receiving of goods from suppliers
Documenting receipts / despatches
Undertaking of weekly wage functions / time keeping etc
Handling of cash / receipts
Maintaining of accurate records of company''s inventory at all times both manually / electronically.
