Job Description:
Hominum Solutions is seeking a competent Air Freight Export Controller to join a reputable freight forwarding company based in Kempton Park. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in air freight export control and must be proficient in CargoWise.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate air freight export operations.
• Prepare and process all relevant export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations and customs requirements.
• Liaise with airlines, clients, and customs officials to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to air freight exports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in air freight export control.
• Proficiency in CargoWise is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of international air freight procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
