The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making appointments, managing the office schedule, and supporting the Workshop Manager as needed

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to oversee administrative operations at the Workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making appointments, managing the office schedule, and supporting the Workshop Manager as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar
