SUMMARY:
Well established company on the East Rand seeks an Administrator who is immediately available with purchase orders experience to work on a four month contract

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Reliable transport
Not currently working and willing to work on a four mth contract
Previous experience dealing with purchase orders essential

Duties

Manage general office administration, including filing, communication, and scheduling
Create and process purchase orders accurately and on time
Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Match invoices with purchase orders and assist with basic financial records
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order issues
Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain accurate records
