Administrator

Reports to (Superior): Draught Manager

Job Purpose:
The role is firstly responsible to open and close callouts on system.

The role is secondly responsible to ensure that weekly pack are closed off.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant Qualification.
Exposure within a client service environment.
1-2 years’ experience as a Data Capturer

Skills & Knowledge Required:

Analysis skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Ms. Office.
Knowledge of capturing on a database would be beneficial.
Telephone etiquette.
Attention to detail.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

The main tasks and responsibilities associated with the position are listed below. This is not an exhaustive list of tasks and responsibilities and any other tasks and/or responsibilities that could be reasonably expected for the position may be required.

Ensure that callouts are opened and closed according to company standards:

Open callouts on system.
Capture details of outlook accurately.
Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes
Log expected time of arrival of technician at outlet.
Close callouts on system
Analyse and close job cards processed on CallRunna.
Check accuracy of flow meter readings.
Check accuracy of glassware delivered, log reasons for non-delivery.
Callouts opened and closed on the system according to company standards.

Ensure all weekly packs are closed and submitted accordingly:

Capture and analysis of car stock counts.
Check invoicing of stock.
Invoice callout and travel charges.
Capture stock data onto database.
Capture and analyse technician kilometre claims.
Analyse and close weekly reports.
Weekly packs closed.

Provide administrative support to the technicians for the vehicles.

Conduct weekly car inspections.
Responsible for all vehicles i.e booking of services, license disks etc.
All documents submitted to Fleet Administrator.
