SUMMARY:
Our client based in George is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and all-round Administrator to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with a stable administrative background who is looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive business environment.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Provide general administrative support to the team
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Handle correspondence and communication efficiently
Assist with data capturing and reporting
Manage filing systems and ensure information is up to date
Support daily operational tasks as required
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Requirements:

Grade 12 with excellent academic results (please attach your matric results with your application)
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
Proven administrative experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organisational skills
High ability to multitask and work under pressure
Valid driver’s licence (preferred, but not required)
Reliable transport
Must reside in George

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Working hours
Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
Friday: 07:30 - 16:00
