JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Administrator who will be assisting in reception as well as the cash ups for a company based Wartburg.

Back office reconciling of cashier shifts
Receptionist, presentable with brilliant interpersonal skills for customer communication, bubbly personality.
Accurate data capturing
Excellent with reporting and generating reports such as excel, graphs etc.
Assist the Admin Manager with all administrative tasks
May work the odd weekend, i.e. month end weekends
Must have an acceptable command of the English language
