SUMMARY:
Durban North. Opportunity exists for a competent and well-spoken Administrator with solid administrative experience to join a fast-paced and busy environment. The ideal candidate will be organised, dedicated, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reception, calls, emails, visitors and general administration
Monitor monthly service contracts and follow up with Sales Managers
Manage petty cash, company credit card reconciliations and expense claims
Open and maintain job cards, ensuring all supporting documentation is in place
Handle flight and accommodation bookings in line with company policy
Assist with vehicle fleet administration and monthly fuel analysis
Maintain project reports, documentation and filing
Assist with compiling and following up on project reports
Monitor tender portals and identify potential opportunities
Assist with tender documentation and maintain the RFQ register

Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification preferred
Solid administration experience
Accounts / reconciliation knowledge advantageous
Basic Excel skills
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Well-spoken, organised and detail-oriented
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
