Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the school office.

Serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and telephone enquiries.

Maintain accurate learner records and school documentation.

Coordinate school communications, correspondence, and newsletters.

Assist with admissions and enrolment administration.

Schedule meetings and manage diaries where required.

Support school events and activities through effective administration.

Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation where applicable.

Assist with basic bookkeeping and administrative finance functions.

Ensure records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Provide general administrative support to the school leadership team.

Attend the monthly School Governing Body meeting and serve as the official minute taker, ensuring accurate recording, preparation, and distribution of meeting minutes.
