SUMMARY:
Purpose of the Role
The Administrator is responsible for providing efficient office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the powder coating environment. The role focuses on coordinating customer orders, managing documentation, assisting with financial processing, and maintaining accurate records, while serving as a key link between clients, suppliers, and production staff. This position is essential in promoting effective communication, supporting operational efficiency, and delivering a high level of service to customers.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities not limited to:

• Handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-in client queries in a professional manner.
• Preparing quotes, invoices, delivery notes, and job cards for powder coating projects.
• Coordinating orders with production staff and ensuring correct job scheduling.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts, supplier invoices, and stock movement.
• Managing filing systems, company correspondence, and office documentation.
• Assisting with procurement of raw materials, consumables, and general supplies.
• Monitoring and capturing data for job progress, lead times, and turnaround reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety, and quality control standards.
• Supporting management with administrative tasks, reporting, and general office duties.
• Building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.

• Matric or equivalent
• Administration and or basic Financial certifications/ diploma will be beneficial
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Sage Accounting
• +5 years’ experience
