Skills and Knowledge

Grade 12
Administration or Logistics qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration
Experience in Invoicing will be an added advantage
Tech-Savvy: Above average computer skills – MS Office and Outlook (EXCEL intermediate non-negotiable)
Speed and accuracy in data capturing

Description of Key Performance Areas

Assistant to Plant Manager
Attend to calls, reception, visitors and/or receiving of deliveries
Maintain office systems and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively
Serve as a liaison between departments and provide administrative duties
Manage the maintenance, controlling and organisation of office equipment and supplies
Perform reporting and other tasks as required
