A well-established company in Bloemfontein is seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and effectively manage their time to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence handling.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.

Assist in coordinating office activities to improve efficiency.

Liaise with clients and suppliers professionally and efficiently.

Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Manage schedules and appointments while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
-
Valid driver’s license.
-
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.

Own reliable transport.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07h30 to 16h30
Friday: 07h30 to 14h00
