Administrative Assistant - Cape Town Northern Suburbs

Our client, South Africa’s #1 Property Investment Group has an exciting opportunity available for a Administrative Assistant to join their accounting firm! 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Contacting clients to follow up on information requests
• Maintaining ongoing client files
• Phone calls
• Organising meetings and appointments
• Providing assistance to the finance manager
• Timesheet reports
• Financial administration
• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Matric (with Accounting as a subject)
• Tertiary qualification advantageous
• Financial background would be an advantage
• 1 years experience 
• Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Above average computer literacy
• Deadline orientated
• Service orientated
• Analytical
• Ability to work under pressure and must be flexible
