SUMMARY:
Our client based in George is looking for an Afrikaans speaking Administrative Assistant. This is a temp role that can potentially become permanent.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of captured information.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Handle general office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and emailing.
• Assist with scheduling, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain records and generate basic reports as needed.
• Support team members with administrative tasks and office coordination

• Grade 12
• Afrikaans speaking
• Drivers License with own vehicle
