Administrations Clerk / Reception

Minimum Requirements

• Matric.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 1 year experience within a similar role.
• Must be computer literate.

 
Roles and responsibilities:

• All ad hoc duties.
• Answering of telephones.
• Communication with clients.
• Scheduling of all appointments.
• Preparations of all files.
• Completion of all application forms.
• Updating of the database.
