Administrative & Invoicing Support (3 Days per Week)

Location: East Rand - Boksburg

Salary: Negotiable

Overview:
This key role is vital in ensuring the seamless execution of administrative functions, including invoicing, basic office admin, spreadsheet management, and financial process support.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week plus every second Saturday), ideal for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage invoices accurately and on time
Maintain and update spreadsheets for financial and operational tracking
Assist with general administrative and filing duties
Support the finance team with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Reconcile supplier and client accounts when required
Prepare and organize documentation for monthly reports
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency in all records and documentation

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general spreadsheet management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of invoicing and financial processes
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work
Matric (Grade 12) essential; a certificate or diploma in Administration, Finance, or Accounting would be advantageous

Work Schedule:

3 days per week (specific days to be agreed upon with management)
Every second Saturday as part of the operational rotation
