SUMMARY:
Admin Supervisor / Manager (Shopfitting & Maintenance)
Location: Wierdapark, Centurion
Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 CTC
 
Established shopfitting and maintenance company seeking a strong Admin Supervisor / Manager (2IC to management) to support daily operations. This is a primarily office-based role focused on administration, quotations, coordination, and team support.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage client quotations
• Oversee general office administration and coordination
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and job schedules
• Invoicing and basic finance administration on SAGE
• Liaising with clients and service providers
• Tracking jobs, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Assist management with operational coordination
• Provide supervision and support to admin staff when required 

• Admin experience in shopfitting, construction, or maintenance industry
• SAGE experience (essential)
• Quotation experience
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to take initiative and support management
• Driver’s license & own transport
• Based in/near Centurion
