POSITION INFO:

1.       Specific Required abilities
-          Bookkeeping
-          Stock Control
-          General Admin
-          Managing back of house Business processes.
 
Bookkeeping (Xero Accounting Software)
§  Assign Transactions (Payments, Invoices & Expenses)
§  Create Bills and upload Invoices
§  Issue Weekly/Monthly Statements to Customers
§  Allocation of Credit Notes & Refunding customers where/when needed
§  Compiling Monthly Management Report
§  Assign Mercantile Transactions
 
Stock Control (Inventory Management System)
§  Create, maintain & update customers in the system
§  Conduct weekly Stock Counts
§  Investigate Stock Inconsistencies
§  Maintain Stock Codes, Descriptions & Pricing
§  Update Stock Count Differences on Inventory System & tracking sheet
§  Loading of Purchase Orders, Stock Transfers & Stock Adjustments
§  Load Purchase Orders for all International Incoming Shipments
§  Ensure cash sales are correctly processed.
 
Sales
§  Every staff member working at Hydrofire has to be able to sell our products and be able to assist customers if need be.  This also includes the completion of Quotes, Invoices & Credit Notes.
 
General Admin
§  Weekly update of sales report
§  Manage Takealot Seller Portal
§  Supplier payables list
§  Minor Procurement
§  Vehicles & Insurance

Who we are looking for - track record and must-haves
-          Matric with strong Mathematics & Accounting. The higher degree would be advantageous.
-          Computer Literate – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-          Xero & DEAR software experience will be advantageous.
-          Driver’s License
-          Clean track record and positive references
