SUMMARY:
The Administration Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth operations across finance and office management. This includes managing debtors, creditors, and invoicing processes, with proficiency in Sage accounting software.

Description:

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable (debtors) process to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Manage and oversee accounts payable (creditors) to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Prepare, issue, and track invoices using Sage software.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management.
• Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all office operations.
• Maintain and update company records, including customer, supplier, and employee information.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth financial and administrative processes.
• Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting as required.

• Proven experience in administration and finance management, including debtors, creditors, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software is essential.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration advantageous.
