POSITION INFO:
Set in South Africa’s Great Karoo, this exclusive private game reserve offers a luxury safari experience with just 14 suites spread across four elegant manors and two eco-friendly pods. Accommodations range from historic Cape Dutch homesteads to secluded cottages, all designed for comfort, privacy, and immersive nature experiences. The ideal candidate is a passionate hospitality professional with a love for conservation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote, guest-focused environment.

Candidate requirements:

Exceptional admin skills
Previous admin experience within a lodge environment
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple elements at once in a timely manner
Good understanding of all-around lodge operations and an in-depth knowledge on the various administrative requirements for the various departments
Exceptional financial acumen and budget management
