SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available with our client in the FMCG sector for an Admin Assistant - this position is based at their offices in Morningside, Durban.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Capturing of purchase orders on Syspro
Capturing of sales orders on Syspro
Liaising with the Warehouse for delivery planning and customer collections
Filing of all orders
Updating branch sales reports accordingly
Following up on ETAs and ETDs of all deals and updating relevant lists
General administration
Scanning and emailing relevant documents when requested
Assist with the smooth operation and communication of administrative processes
All and any other related tasks and duties as required from time to time

Requirements:

Matric
1 – 2 Years’ experience in an administrative role
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate Excel skills
Understanding of costings and basic logistical procedures advantageous
Warehousing experience advantageous
Syspro experience advantageous
